Abner is our current hospice pup. He has prostate cancer and is in his senior years. He is soaking up the love from his foster in their warm and cozy home.

Girly is a sweet corgi mix that came to us after being terrified in the shelter. She’d stay curled up in a ball shaking on her cot. She is currently in a foster home with hopes of her meshing into their family. If it does not work out, she will be available for adoption.

Nadine is a small girl with quite the spicy personality. She looks like a mini German shepherd. Don’t ask us how that happens! She came to us, deemed rescue only, from the local shelter due to her being so scared. She would hide under the bed and cower down when anyone would try to take her out.

She also had pyometra when she was at the shelter. Poor girl has been through a lot. She is spayed and UTD on her vaccines. She would do best in a home with no kids as she does like her space and boundaries. She does well with other small dogs, and we have not seen her around large dogs. She loves to have her belly rubbed and be picked up but does not like a leash or collar put on.

She is coming out of her shell more every day and will need a patient and respectful adopter that is willing to work with her boundaries and nervousness.

Navy came to us HeartWorm+ and has not had much interaction with humans. He is working through his heartworm treatment and becoming comfortable with humans before he will be available for adoption.

Poe had not had human interaction prior to going to the shelter before being transferred to us. He is learning to trust VERY slowly.

Ellie came to us extremely under socialized with humans and is learning how to trust.
